Teamspirit

Last week we had our first visit with the rest of the trainees. Also we had to do different tasks concerning teamwork and project development. This exercise was a way of putting down different criteria for our project. The yellow stripes were for the content of the project. They are translated beginning from above 'Ice in your stomach'. By this we mean that we should not panic, but be able to keep focus, also when things aren't going the way we want them to. The second one is 'Engagement'. If we don't feel fully engaged with the project, then there is a big chance that the final result won't pleas us -or you - at all. The last one is 'The Humorfactory'. This is added because we want to have fun in between the work, and also be able to meet new people and colleges.
The red ones are for the projectgoals. Translated they are from above; 'Positive ping pong' which means being able to give constructive critique. And being able to accept the critique without being disasppointed or anoyed. That's also the essence of number two. The last one is 'crossing own limits'. That's both in our traineeship and in our sparetime.
Finally the green notes are for the process. From above they are 'Deadline', which just refers to the fact that we have to be professional and keep our deadlines. Number two is 'satisfied costumers' and number three is 'Getting a rush through your body'.

I am 25 years old, and in my daily living I focus on design both as a hobby, as well as in my education. I have a great interest in Graphic Design, visual communication and concept development. After I have finished my Multimedia Designer education next summer, I plan to study further as a media Graphic Designer in Copenhagen.
In my spear time I work at the House of student in Aarhus, with PR and marketing. I also work for http://www.helleengelbrechtsen.dk/, whit visuel communication and concept development. I think it’s relevant to use the stuff I learn at my study in practice. In the same way it would be exciting to go to New York, and use my professional competence, and learn a lot of new stuff.
